Perhaps you have never tried yoga, and the thought of walking into a class or a studio… alone… yoga mat in tow… absolutely scares the shit out of you, preventing you from ever even trying to step foot into a classroom to give yoga a shot… Or maybe you’re a yogi expert, well-practiced in the yoga scene, and you simply wish expand your expertise by learning more tricks and tweaks that I can offer to further support and develop your practice…

Wherever you may fall on the yoga spectrum, please know that it sincerely makes no difference to me…  there is absolutely no judgement over here. I enjoy meeting all of my clientele at wherever level they’re at, simply because I enjoy creating and curating classes of all kinds, and getting the privilege to work with all different types of injuries, bodies, and personalities!  

My absolute specialty and preferred method of teaching yoga is within a private one-on-one session, where I can fully connect with you (physically, emotionally, and mentally), so that I can provide you with the space to be completely comfortable at whatever level you lie on the scale within the practice. I make the modifications and all of the tweaks during our class in order to best support not only your body, but to allow you to feel the pleasure and the joy of the practice overall.  I incorporate and choreograph all classes to integrate what it is that you specifically enjoy doing most within yoga.

Whether you prefer to move at a  slower more yin-like pace, to a faster vinyasa sweaty flow, or even perhaps more of dancer-like flow series of motions, all of my private classes are designed and personalized for YOU.

As your yogi mentor, coach, “cheerleader” and teacher, it is my intention to recalibrate, revamp and to revitalize your yoga practice,  to share with you my energy to re-inspire you to step into an invigorating and purpose-filled life, fully equipped with instruction, guidance, and awareness to take home with you to have for the rest of your life (both on and off of the yoga mat).

I have acquired a great wealth of knowledge and experience through the following certifications:

  • RYT 200-hour Yoga Certification, which requires 1,000 hours of teaching, with at least 2 years of teaching experience (completed in May of 2016).

  • RYT 500-hour Yoga Certification, which requires 2,000 hours of teaching, with at least 4 years of teaching experience (completed in December of 2017).

Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certifications, which is an ancient hands-on healing technique that allows for energy to be transferred to the body, in order to activate the healing process within the client’s body. This powerful practice can restore both physical and emotional well-being and can be helpful in healing the client’s energy system.
